  1. Having been through both the physical and mental abuse, as well as others I can definitely relate. It does take time, however I believe you can and will overcome. You are not alone, but only you can stop the battle in your mind

        We are never truly alone.
God is omnipresent whether you believe or not.
He is loving, graceful, merciful. He rescued me.
I had to call out, reach out and pull up.

  2. At a point of time, the mental pain start becoming slow poison that eats you slowly, but then your inner power gives you a realisation that you have to go much more ahead in the life and then that pain gives you a gain of more and more courage and determination to live a life

    1. Absolutely true.
But at times even your inner light is tired of fighting this poison and gives up
But it won’t die, it’ll fight it again, with more power and courage.

Thank you so very much for this comment Anuj, it’s really powerful.

  3. Itโ€™s never too late emotional scars and pain heal just like the physical Iโ€™ve had both in time they can heal I lost the love of my life to a drunk driver so I understand emotional pain and Iโ€™ve been shot and stabbed so I understand physical pain they both can heal in time but you have to let light in and give it a chance.

      1. You’re most welcome.
That’s how the life goes, isn’t? If we fill our headd with negative thoughts, the redundant memories of past and long future plans, we’ll never be able to enjoy the life’s journey. The key is to give your best today and everything else will fall in it’s place.
